We couldn't be more impressed with our experience with your company from start to finish. We knew when we found your website that we were going to get an amazing table, but the interactions with all of you just made our order all the more special. Every person who played a part in our order, from initial confirmation to final delivery, made us feel like we were working with friends, not a business.
And it was such an honor to us that the very person who made our table came to deliver it to us. Not only are we so thankful for having the opportunity to express how beautiful our table turned out in person, but that practice really made us feel valued as customers.
Dinner in our house is always a special event, whether it's just us or we're joined by friends and family. We love our table and bench from National Rustic! We wanted a bigger table for family dinners and the bench gives us the flexibility to fit more friends and family around the table. The Reyes Family
After looking at several local wood work makers here in Kansas City I was disappointed at the high cost for a custom table. I was close to just going to a furniture store and finding something for our new home. But my heart was set on a colorful distressed farm table! My husband began researching and found National Rustic. Everyone was so nice and my table was done exactly as I asked, then delivered within a couple weeks!! I get so many compliments about it and it really gives our kitchen a custom look. So very happy with it!!

But please, if I could expand on that (just for your reading pleasure)...Our entire experience with National Rustic was beyond bliss. We had a strict criteria for our dream kitchen table: Made in America, unique, preferably a small business who could add a "one of a kind" element to the process. We found that in you (and you were Christian to boot!).
We were in love at the fact that our table would be handmade (here in America), that we were getting that unique element (Sterling stain and the signature blue underneath the table), and that it would come from a small business. So all areas were met!
BUT....... What we had NO idea would happen was that a man named Philip would not only have created our table with his own hands, but he would be the one to deliver it! It was an absolute honor to meet him. And to thank him personally for such a personal gift. We throughhim off when we asked him to sign our table. A great artist should always sign his work! What an incredibly special thing for years to come.

The Hare Family
We had an absolutely incredible experience! We ordered just before midnight and we were missing info so the lady (forgive me, I have forgotten her name) asked by email if she could call. She made sure we submitted correctly and by midnight to ensure our discount!
The table was more beautiful than I imagined and was delivered promptly and in perfect condition.
